littlepet.in is a showcase and Free-download information website. Plus is coming soon. Clicking a Plus button does not create an order, reserve a copy, charge money or start a subscription. There is therefore no paid website order to cancel or refund at this time.

The Free edition

Our published Free edition has no purchase price. If you make an optional payment through itch.io, the applicable transaction and refund process is handled under itch.io’s terms. Such a payment does not grant access to the unreleased Plus edition.

Unexpected charges or download problems

If a charge is described as coming from littlepet.in, contact support with its date, amount and merchant description. Do not send full card details, PINs or OTPs. We can help identify the relevant seller or provider; do not assume the charge was collected by this website.

Before Plus launches

We will publish the paid-product cancellation rules, refund eligibility, request window, processing timeline and payment-provider details before accepting money. No future refund terms are being imposed on a purchase today. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
